Description

Financial worries are a major contributor to difficulties sleeping and of those who consider themselves to have poor quality sleep, close to two-thirds are worried about their financial future. However, studies show that quality sleep can enhance levels of financial wellbeing and help enable a more proactive approach to money management. In this session, attendees will learn more about financial insomnia and how to manage the mind to invest in a better night’s sleep.
