The Open Leader Enablement Programme

Description

In this high pressured and challenging world, it can be difficult for managers to know how best to openly support their people and be a resilient role model. This training is designed to give managers the tools to lead healthy and empowering conversations, and create healthy working cultures based on compassion, vulnerability and psychological safety.

Modules and Objectives

Module 1: Open Eyes
  • Learn to foster an open mindset and challenge preconceptions.
  • Discover ways to reprogramme the subconscious mind to overcome biases and judgments.
  • Learn how to lead with humility and integrity.
  • Explore ways to embrace differences and diversity, including neurodiversity and intergenerational differences.
Module 2: Open Heart
  • Understand the importance of vulnerability and authenticity in leadership.
  • Learn practical ways to lead with emotional intelligence.
  • Develop the tools to develop self-compassion.
  • Identify ways to use connection and compassion to create psychological safety.
Module 3: Open Eyes
  • Recognise signs of mental health decline.
  • Identify ‘red flags’ in geographically dispersed teams.
  • Discover how to intentionally communicate and interact.
  • Develop a series of strategies for positive intervention.
Module 4: Open Arms
  • Understand why resilience is born from adversity.
  • Consider ways to promote resilient messaging in a 1-1 and team setting.
  • Learn how to flip the script and manage change and uncertainty.
  • Discover how to use coaching questions to promote post-traumatic growth.
