In this session, we explore how to unlock the potential of neurodivergent talent and support employees in a practical and pragmatic way. Attendees will discover how to recruit and retain neurodiverse talent as well as how to make reasonable adjustments to hiring processes and interviews.

- Develop inclusive policies and practices that foster a supportive and inclusive work environment for neurodivergent employees.
