The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2025, held at the prestigious Grosvenor House in London on Thursday, 20th March, was a night to remember, bringing together the best of workplace wellbeing. The event celebrated the remarkable contributions made by organisations dedicated to improving employee wellbeing, mental health, and creating positive work environments. This annual gathering shined a light on those businesses that go above and beyond to ensure their employees’ wellbeing is a top priority, recognising the vital link between a happy workforce and productivity.
Hosted by Matt Johnson, the energy remained high throughout the evening, setting the tone for a celebration of success and achievement. Co-founder Niki Dowdall welcomed guests, judges, and the shortlisted nominees, sharing her excitement about the incredible work happening across the UK. Our co-founders Sadie Restorick and Simon Scott-Nelson also took the stage, offering heartfelt words about the journey of the awards and the impact of prioritising employee wellbeing.
The night’s magic was heightened when The SingSpace choir took the stage, filling the room with moving music that gave everyone goose bumps. With that, the celebrations began, and the awards recognised the outstanding achievements of those committed to making workplace wellbeing a central part of their cultures.
To close the evening, our co-founder Simon Scott-Nelson and Alice from Ripple Suicide Prevention held a powerful fireside chat about suicide prevention, highlighting the importance of open conversations and support in workplace wellbeing.
