This session explores the impact of microaggressions in the workplace—subtle, often unconscious behaviours that can create an unwelcoming environment. These may include verbal comments, non-verbal cues, or environmental factors that unintentionally undermine a person’s dignity or identity.
Through real-world examples and practical exercises, participants will understand how microaggressions affect wellbeing, team dynamics, and organisational culture. They will gain tools to recognise, address, and prevent microaggressions, fostering a more inclusive workplace.
