The idea of different kinds of energy was really a lightbulb moment. I'd never thought of things that way and once I did things made a lot more sense!
I specifically enjoyed learning about the different types of energy and the need to ensure they have recovery periods.
I've struggled with fatigue and burnout, but the session offered valuable insights into managing energy levels effectively.
The rituals really made me think about me and how I can support myself, thank you.
