Module 3: Nutrition
- Understand the distinction between diet and nourishment.
- Explore different food types and debunk common myths.
- Discover the importance of balanced nutrition for overall health.
Module 4: Movement
- Differentiate between exercise and physical activity.
- Explore different levels of exercise and their benefits.
- Understand the pros and cons of resistance training and cardio exercises.

Module 5: Thought Management
- Explore the origins and nature of thoughts.

- Learn about the model of the mind and how behavior is developed.

Module 5: De-Stress
- Explore the concept of stress and its effects on the autonomic nervous system.
- Understand techniques for de-stressing and finding balance.
- Reflect on self-fulfillment and overcoming guilt associated with self-care.
The energy the two hosts radiate and the way they transport the information in a way, that makes it easy to follow and understand.
Love that everyone, regardless of prior knowledge level was included and picked up along the way of the session.

There were many very interesting insights and useful tipps that can actually be implemented into the daily life, which helps a lot. The trainers have been very friendly and enthusiastic and that certainly had such a positive impact on the overall session. I am very thankful for the training and would definitely recommend it.
