In this training, leaders will explore the critical role they play in cultivating a culture of belonging—one where every individual feels valued, respected, and included. Through a focus on inclusive leadership behaviours, the session equips leaders to foster psychological safety, promote collaboration across diverse teams, and create an environment where people can thrive and contribute at their fullest potential.

Objectives
- Understand the concept of belonging and its impact on individual wellbeing, team performance, and organisational culture.
- Identify systemic and behavioural barriers to inclusion and explore strategies to address them through leadership practice.
- Deepen understanding of how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) intersect with belonging, and why they are essential to effective leadership.
- Develop inclusive leadership skills to foster psychological safety, strengthen team cohesion, and model behaviours that promote a culture of belonging.
